Reboot is a process where we periodically update the firmware to introduce new features, enhancing the device's performance. Occasionally, after such updates, your CyperPRO may become unresponsive or freeze. In most instances, a standard reboot will resolve the issue. However, in rare circumstances, a hard reboot or switching your device to Recovery mode may be required for firmware repair.
Fast reboot with Hotkeys
To restart the device using keyboard shortcuts, you should simultaneously hold down the Select button and the Up arrow for 10 seconds.
Standard Reboot via settings
To reboot the device, using settings do the following: 1. Go to:
Main Menu -> Settings -> Reboot 2. On the screen, a notification will appear. Press the A button to confirm it. Your Cyper will automatically restart.
Hard Reboot
If the device remains frozen even after a regular reboot, try performing a hard reset by pressing and holding the SELECT button for 30 seconds until you hear a distinctive sound.
This hard reset will reset the power circuit of your device.
